How Consignors Work

How To Become A Consignor

-You bring in your items to consign in a plastic bin with a lid. Depending on which package you choose, will determine what size of bin you can bring in. Only 1 bin at a time will be accepted.

All clothing must be freshly laundered and folded neatly. Large items can be brought in without a bin. If this is your first visit, you'll choose a consignor package and pay the fee.

-We select items based on quality, style and demand.

-Items stay on the floor for 90-120 days. Unsold items will be marked down to 20% off at 60-90 days from the original entry date and 50% off at 90-120 days from the original entry date.

-You will have your own personal consignor account that you may check by visiting our website. Your website account will show all items that you have brought in, what has sold, what is still available to sell and how much money you have in your account. You may also call or come to our store to check your account. You will receive a check for amounts over $15 and cash for amounts under $15.

-Accept quality new and used name brand clothing and items.
-Provide a trendy, well-lit, organized, clean and family-friendly atmosphere for your items to sell.
-Open 7-days a week, 362 days a year for our shopper's convenience. Closed Easter, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.
-Maintain consignor records with our state of the art software that allows you to check your account balance on our website.
-Accept cash, credit and debit cards on any purchase.
-Price and tag all items for you.
-Provide a drop and run system so you never have to make an appointment to drop-off consigned items.
-Provide year-round major media advertising for your items including television, radio, newspaper, expos, billboards, internet, social media and many other forms of advertising.
-Return or donate your unsold items at the end of the consigning period.
-Allow you access 7-days a week to collect the money on your account whenever it is convenient for you.

~What We Accept~

-Baby, Kid’s, Trendy Teen and Maternity clothing in next-to-new condition.
-Toys, books, shoes, cribs, strollers, high chairs, baby furniture and more! Please limit stuffed animals to battery operated varieties like -Tickle Me Elmo.
-Clothing will not be accepted if there are stains, garage sale stickers, contain illegal amounts of lead or phthalates, safety pins, pet hair, unpleasant odors, smoke, holes or missing buttons.
-Items NOT accepted: used underwear, VHS tapes, any toy containing illegal amounts of lead or any recalled products, car seats and breast pumps. Items that don’t have original pieces as well as items that are out-of-date.

~Helpful Hints~

-The better your item looks, the better it will sell, freshly laundered and wrinkle free.
-Folding your outfits together will ensure that they will be priced as a set.
-Putting a dryer sheet in with your bin helps clothes keep a fresh scent.
-Grandma's Secret Stain Remover (sold at our stores) will get out almost any stain.
-Mark your larger items with a sticky note or a piece of tape with your consignor number.

~Seasonal Items~

-Spring and Summer items are accepted beginning January 1st.
-Fall and Winter items are accepted beginning July1st.

-Bring holiday items in 1 to 2 months in advance (ex. Halloween Sept. 1st – Oct. 1st)
-Year Round Items: Jeans, Sweatshirts, Swimsuits, Onesies, Leotards and Dance Shoes.
